Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
​Cancellations
All appointment deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. If no deposit was made, late cancellations will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling

If you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment and applied toward the total cost of your service.

If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
All deposits—whether for the original or rescheduled appointment—will be credited toward the total cost of your service when rendered.
